New Subdivisions and Site Plans

1. APP.-PB#424 – ACCOLADES – CALABELLI
Letter written to Bob Bowden 11/16/2000 to request that the town start proceedings against Performance Bond. -–Awaiting action from Bob Bowden to Chairman’s memo of November 16, 2000. Per Julia McGowan: “need entire development plans – landscaping as required for the past several years – as required by Resolution.” Mary to send duplicate memo of 11/16/00 to Bob Bowden 2/21/01. Julie to review with Glen. New plans expected for September meeting. Julie to follow up with Rich Calabelli.

2. APP. # 574 – ORCHARDS at COLTS NECK – Major Site Plan. Print date 5/21/01. During the initial building, developer removed a part of the conservation easement which must be restored. Developer is requesting the removal of a large mature Scarlet Oak tree for additional parking space. Mary Parker wrote memo to Planning Board stating that STC has voted unanimously against this proposal and that the conservation easement is not to be disturbed. Per Tim Anfuso, “proposal deemed incomplete by Planning Board. New Application coming.

3. APP. #513C- COLTS NECK GOLF CLUB. Prints dated 7/3/01. Received new prints dated 8/28/01. Review. Approval by Resolution dated 9/6/01. New plans dated 9/27/01 for Review. Open Questions, Julie McGowan to talk to A.J. Garito re Patio Area.

4. APP.-PB#556- WILLIAM EYRES
Conditional approval given 7/5/01. Conditions are: 1.)more variety of trees 2.) split rail fence 3.) street trees. Received new prints dated 8/17/01. Review. Julie McGowan to write memo to Planning Board regarding open questions.- Waiting for new prints.

5. APP. #561 – RON ROSE OFFICE BUILDING (General Store)
Site Plan Issue Date 11/28/00. Awaiting Planning Board action. (October/November). Awaiting new plans.

6. APP.#520 – NEXTEL- Awaiting revised landscape plans. Before Planning Board and Board of Adjustment. New prints dated 6/29/01. Resubmitting plans to Zoning Board 11/8/01. Need new landscape plans.

7. APP.#573- LEVIN/MEYER - Minor Site Plan. Issue date 3/14/01. Awaiting Planning Board action. Deemed incomplete by Planning Board. Waiting for resubmission of plans. On Hold.

8. APP. #566 – Brandywine – (Land Swap)
Awaiting updated plans. See our Conditional Resolution of 3/1/01. Time limit has been imposed by Township Committee for completion.

9. APP. #576 – TED DALMAZIO – Awaiting Planning Board Action. Had informal meeting with Planning Board. Open Questions. On Hold.

10. APP. – 539B- LUNVAN – Final major Subdivision 4 lots off Hockhockson. Plans dated 7/20/01. Preliminary Approval by Planning Board. Up for Final Approval by Planning Board 10/9/01.

11. APP. – 563A – GALLOPING HILL – Final Major Subdivision. Prints dated 8/1/01. Conditional Approval by Shade Tree given 5/3/01. (Needed 4 sets of updated prints.) Review prints dated 9/20/01.

12. APP. – ZB 509 – COOKE – Review revised plans dated 2/6/01. Awaiting New Plans.

CITIZEN QUESTIONS

1. Mike Monda – 1 Parkwood – New Application for Mr. Monda to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Filed. Discuss.

2. Bolen- Orchard Lane.- Judge Tom Foley ruled an approximate $5,000 be awarded to the STC for greenway restoration. Mr. Bolen has 30 days to pay the award or appeal the decision to a higher court. Bolen has made an appeal of Judge’s ruling of 7/25/01. No Date set.

3. Rivers Edge – Bryan Dempsey wrote memo to Mr. Bisiagno on 6/10/01 requesting action on the 6 worst violations. Bryan wrote letter to Mr. Romano, no answer as of 8/28/01. Will write letters to the other offenders in the next week. Mr. Romano appealing to Zoning Board. Follow up with Bryan Dempsey.

4. Oak Glen Lane – “Cost sharing” to remove large dead tree with hollow trunk. Neighbors have agreed to provide access for tree cutting. Aspen Tree Service to look at tree, give estimate and STC will split cost with neighbors. Tree Cut. Work Completed.

5. Western Drive – Easement & Greenway violations. Preliminary Restoration Plans dated 8/14/01. Review. Restoration Plans approved and signed on 9/6/01. Julie McGowan to send cover letter and signed plans to Mr. John Forest. Bryan Dempsey to follow up. Work in progress. Follow up with Dempsey.
